Intro:
The program intends to be adapt to the standards of the other programs that are within Health Education at the Student Development and Success Center. All materials will be divided up within a box to have on hand. It will be divided as such:

4. Post-Test/Evals
5. Completed Pre&Post Tests

Location:
This program will be held in the university union's Heritage room that can hold up to 50-100 students. The heritage room is on the third floor, but there is a elevator that can be accessed. The space is inclusive for all and ADA accessible.
​
Set Up:
There will be tables and chairs set up facing the front of the room. There will four chairs per table so students will be placed in small groups prior to starting the program. Tables will be spread out enough to ensure there is a room for any potential use of a wheelchair or medical equipment that a student may have.
​
Delivery:
The program will be presented in front of the participants. All participants will be in their chairs facing the front of the room towards the presenters. Each participant will be given a pen or pencil, an activity handout, and a presentation handout. The presentation handout will consist of QR codes for the PowerPoint and activity if they chose to do it virtually.

Technology:
The following technology will be needed for this presentation:

3. Projector Screen
4. Presentation Clicker
5. Wireless Microphone
6. Speakers
The presentation will be available in digital copy and physical copies will be available upon request. The presentation will stick to a basic color scheme to follow universal guidelines.
